Seated: 120

Cocktail-style/Open House Events: 150

RENTAL PRICING:

Monday-Thursday: $300/hr
Four-hour minimum

Friday: $3,000

Saturday: $3,600

Sunday: $2,500

Ceremony Fee: $500

All rental rates are subject to a $150 set up fee

Votives & LED Candle Décor Package: $250

Arbor (2 options available): $250

Event Insurance: $175 from Wedsafe.com

Security*:
Half Day (Up to 4 hours): $250
Full Day (4+ hours): $450
*Required for all events.

We had the most amazing wedding in such a beautiful space. The chandeliers and drapes made for stunning pictures and we were able to use an arbor that was included in the venue rental. It’s a great location downtown and easy for our guests to get to and from when staying at a nearby hotel. I highly recommend Watson Block!
