Pricing & What’s Included

Current engagement party venue pricing rates are:

Monday – Thursday: $300 per hour (four-hour minimum)
Fridays: $3,000
Saturdays: $3,600
Sundays: $2,500
A $150 setup fee also applies, and security is required for events.

The rental includes tables and chairs, cocktail furniture, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture, a sound system, elevator access, post-event cleaning, 12-hour event access, and an on-site Venue Manager.
