The day-of your wedding, venue managers are responsible for everything relating to the venue. They will make sure the venue is clean and ready for your wedding to take place. They will also take charge of managing your vendors so they are set up in the right place, have access to electricity, and are ready to do their job.

Day-Of Coordinator

While the venue manager is in charge of the venue, the day-of coordinator is in charge of everything else that happens on the day of your wedding. They can do any miscellaneous task that you need them to do like set up your centerpieces before the reception starts, hold on to your lipstick for easy touch ups throughout the day, and making sure all the vendors arrive and are set up on time. They can attend to you on a personal level and help manage your wedding day timeline so everything stays on track.
